Join local authors Sherman Swanson and George Gruell as they present the first ecological history of Nevada via their new book, Nevada's Changing Wildlife Habitat. This program will be of interest to those who love to hunt and fish, as well as hikers, naturalists, conservationists, and water resource specialists. Swanson and Gruell are experts in wildlife management and riparian ecology. They will sign their book from 6-7 pm and discuss the changing habitats of sage grouse, mule deer, antelope, beaver and songbirds from 7-8 pm. Admission: $8 adults; free for museum members and children 17 and under.
