Repeat Event: Repeat every Saturday until December 15, 2011
Ride the train with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Excursion train rides depart Saturday and Sunday, December 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 and 18, from the Nevada State Railroad Museum, Boulder City Depot. Santa and Mrs. Claus walk through the train and visit with all of the children. The train travels approximately seven miles round trip along the historic Boulder Branch Line to Railroad Pass, located within the River Mountain Range. The trip is approximately 30 minutes in duration.
Passengers will be able to ride in refurbished, enclosed, heated, Pullman Coaches, which date back to 1911. For those passengers who prefer the fresh air, we offer an open-air coach. We also have an ADA/handicapped coach with a lift for wheelchairs or passengers needing additional assistance.
