Due to mandatory state budget restrictions, admission fees and days of operation have changed:
Museum Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Wednesday - Saturday
Closed: Sunday - Tuesday and Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
Admission: Admission: $8 adults, free for children 17 and under and museum members.
Due to major budget reductions by the Nevada State Legislature, the Board of Museums and History increased admission fees effective March 2010 to help support our museums.
Be sure to visit the Museum Store and find a large selection of Nevada books, medallions minted on coin Press No. 1, Native American jewelry and crafts, cards, T-shirts and Nevada gifts.
The museum offers new exhibits on a regular basis. Current changing exhibits include Slot Machines: The Fey Collection and Gifts of Healing: French Travel Posters 1945-1949.
