Overton, Nev.  The Lost City Museum in March features a trio of talented artists, Charlotte Lang, Karlynn Glieden and Jan Hansen.

“This dynamic group has worked together many years. Their watercolors, pottery and gourds complement each other well and this diverse collection provides artwork museum visitors can admire and purchase,” said museum attendant Jesse Davis.

According to the artists, inspiration for this show was gained by observing nature with its colorful southwestern palette and transferring it creatively to a variety of different media.  The “three artful friends” are well educated in the arts and spend many selfless hours teaching their skills to other local, aspiring artists.

The Lost City Museum is open Thursday through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Regular admission charge is $4.00 for adults age 18 and over, $3.00 for anyone over 65.  Children and members enter free.  The museum is located in Overton on State Route 169 off 1-15, exit #93 or via Lake Mead or the Valley of Fire.  For more information, call the museum at (702) 397-2193.
